You're not asking a software-recommendation question. The title you have is "What software do I need to convert a Windows 7 install CD to an ISO image?". This can't possibly work. Even if you managed to burn a suitable CD image, which may or may not work, you can't install Windows 7. The installer will be permanently corrupted and the resulting machine will be unusable.
It seems you have a Macbook running Windows 7. If you look at the screen shot above, you should be able to run the installer without problems, and it will update your system. This question is quite old (almost a year ago), but Microsoft usually keeps older versions of Windows on their site for download. In this case, you can download Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 from Microsoft's web site.
